How can I rush my order?

To rush an order, please select the Express option at your checkout. Most Express shipments are delivered the following business day, as long as they are placed before the 11am EST cutoff time. Please note that rural locations may require an extra 1-2 days, even with the Express selected.

How soon can I have an order?

In stock orders placed before 11:00AM EST will be shipped the same day via Purolator Ground unless otherwise specified. Larger orders may be shipped by truck. Most orders are delivered 2 to 6 business days after being placed.

How can I check the status of my order?

Are your shirts first quality?

Yes, our shirts are first quality. We get this question frequently because our prices are so low.

Do you carry irregulars or seconds?

No, we do not carry irregulars or seconds. If you should find a blemished first quality item in your order, we will replace it for free if you notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Do you accept international credit cards?

We do not accept international credit cards.

Do you have a minimum order?

We do not have a minimum order, however there is a minimum shipping and handling charge.

How do I exchange an order?

We do not accept exchanges. You can return items within 30 days of receipt, and then place a new order for items that you would like the returned items to be replaced with.

Do you ship to the USA?

Unfortunately, at this time we only ship within Canada.

Do you ship orders to PO Box addresses?

No, we do not ship orders to PO Boxes.
